Are your prints framed? No — all prints are sold unframed. “Matte” refers to the paper's smooth, non-glossy finish, not a mat board.

What paper do you use? A thick, archival-quality premium matte paper chosen for rich color and zero glare.

How long until I receive my order? Every print is made to order: allow 1–2 business days for production plus 4–6 business days for tracked shipping. Most US orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

How much is shipping? US orders: $4.90 for the first print, $0.49 for each additional print in the same order.

Where do you ship from? Prints are produced and shipped from the fulfillment facility closest to you.

Can I return a print? Made-to-order prints can't be returned for change of mind, but damaged, defective, or wrong items are reprinted or refunded within 14 days of delivery — just send a photo.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — international rates are calculated at checkout.
